We may make software updates, patches, and upgrades available through the Sites. Your access to updates depends on your license type and maintenance status as described in your EULA.
Software licenses purchased through the Sites are subject to a minimum term of three (3) months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified in your license agreement.
Licenses may be eligible for refund within the first 30 days (see Section 14). After 30 days, licenses remain active for the minimum term and may be subject to renewal terms specified in your EULA.
All content on the Sites, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, audio, video, data compilations, and design ("Site Content"), is the property of METROWO or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
METROWO, GYPSY, GAGEEYE, GAGEHAND, AUTOCALIBRATOR, and all related logos and product names are trademarks or registered trademarks of METROWO, LLC. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.
You are granted a limited license to access and use Site Content in accordance with your license agreement. This license does not include the right to:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
BY USING THE SITES, YOU AGREE THAT YOU CANNOT SUE THE COMPANY IN COURT OR DEMAND ARBITRATION FOR DISPUTES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITES.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Sites is to stop using them.

The Company reserves all rights to pursue legal action for violations of these Terms, unauthorized access, or misuse of the Sites.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on the Sites, constitute the entire agreement between you and METROWO concerning your use of the Sites.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
No waiver of any provision of these Terms is effective unless in writing and signed by METROWO. Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights granted hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, pandemics, or network failures.
